We're now looking to appoint a Client Solutions Manager to join our business development team. And this represents a rare and exciting opportunity to join an award-winning RPO company and contribute to Omni's next period of growth. Omni provides clients with services across three key pillars – Recruitment, Talent Consultancy and Talent Development and are looking to expand business development to drive business growth in line with business plan objectives.

Omni has many incredible clients, and your focus will be to support with growth of our existing portfolio of clients. Supporting our Client Solutions Director, you'll be responsible for securing commercially viable deals with clients, consultative and solution selling up to board level including HR, Talent, Procurement and Operational stakeholders

You will be responsible for the generation of sales opportunities- we'll expect you to consult with clients around resourcing requirements, working internally with subject matter experts to understand challenges, designing the most appropriate solution possible to meet identified needs

In effect, you will be a brand ambassador for Omni's services to prospective clients to secure commercially viable deals with clients, contributing directly to Omni’s growth targets. It's an important and exciting role.

We expect you to have experience in a similar business development position, with a proven track record of building and developing relationships with key stakeholders and delivering recruitment solutions to clients' resourcing challenges.
