Job Title: Resourcing Transformation Specialist (Ref: 62665)

Location: Altrincham plus travel 

Type: Permanent

With Talent high on the agenda we are recruiting a Resourcing Transformation Specialist to support with transformation of our client’s talent acquisition strategies by the development and delivery of Omni’s training and consulting services.

Contributing to Omni’s operational and strategic direction and representing the business positively in all communications with company employees, customers & supply partners you will develop and implement innovative new strategic resourcing products and services that complement and enhance our core service offering.
Responsibilities include:
o To establish and develop relationships with client prospects to identify commercial opportunities for training, consulting and RPO lead generation
o Work with Director Consultancy and Training to deliver Omni’s strategic resourcing & consultancy projects:
• Undertake REA’s with clients
• Employer brand review and strategy recommendations
• Attraction strategy development including collateral development and social media guidance
• Recruitment technology review and enhancement proposals
• Permanent and contingent workforce planning
• Onboarding process recommendations
• Assessment framework design
• Assessment delivery (Assessment Centre Management and Executive level Assessment)
• Career development and succession management
o Liaising with clients to design and deliver bespoke programmes
? Delivery of blended training including workshops, webinars and e-learning
? Hiring manager coaching and interview training

To be successful, you will ideally be CIPD qualified or have relevant HR experience and have worked in a number of sectors for both small and large corporate business. You’ll have had significant exposure to Talent and wider People projects in order to implement best practice within our clients businesses.
