Reporting to the Client Solutions Director, as a Business Development Manager at Omni, you will be required to:
- Secure commercially viable deals with clients, contributing directly to Omni’s growth targets
- Consultative and Solution sell Omni’s services at board level including HR, Procurement and Resourcing stakeholders
- Lead and support the sales process across the sales cycle with prospects, building new relationships, attending meetings/presentations with senior team members, achieving new business targets across both RPO and Training & Consultancy Service lines
To be successful you will be an experienced Business Development Manager ideally with demonstrable experience of selling recruitment, HR or training related services and solutions. You will be an exceptional communicator and presenter, be able to provide a consultative and solutions approach with prospective clients. Above all, you will share our passion for expertise to really change the way organisations resource.
