We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to be aligned to one of our key construction clients. You will be responsible for the welfare of the relationship as well as the day to day recruitment, retention, growth & development of the account.
• you will take responsibility for a defined area (head office recruitment including finance, HR, sales, professional services) , proactively promoting our client’s employer brand out to the marketplace to ensure day-to-day delivery in to hiring managers in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs;
• managing candidates and clients day-to-day including discussing current and future requirements
• attracting and sourcing the very best-fit talent required in the quickest time and at the lowest possible cost by utilising the full spectrum of routes to market.
To be successful, you will have proven recruitment experience in the professional services, be an exceptional communicator, able to provide a consultative and honest service to our candidates and clients.
Above all, you will share our passion for expertise to really change the way organisations recruit.
